How to Make Your Vegan Eating an Effortless Part of Your Life
It's inevitable when you focus on these three things!
The problem so many people have when eating vegan is that they don’t customize it for themselves. People tend to look to other vegans to see what they’re eating specifically, and then try to eat that same way for themselves.
Vegan eating is not a one size fits all type of way. It can be helpful to see what other vegans are eating and to try a few things, but you must customize and individualize your vegan eating unique to you. Everyone is different, and different things may work for someone else than for you.
Only you can determine, figure out, and know what works for you. It starts with getting clear on what your purpose of eating is, what you want your eating to feel like, and whether or not you have any goals that your eating can help you accomplish.
Once you know those things, you come up with your own way through trial and error by giving things you try and take action on enough time to determine if they work for you or not. Evaluate and move forward from there.
The only way you will improve your vegan eating, if that’s what you want, is to make sure that you focus on and pay attention to both parts: the energetic along with the practical. Both are equally as important and needed.
For the energetic side of it, it’s all about your mindset and going within. You pay such close attention to what you put in your body and what you put on your body, so you need to also pay close attention to what you’re putting in your mind.
What are you feeding your mind? Everything starts with the mind, so it’s the foundation. Make it a strong foundation by working on your mindset and nourishing it.
For the practical side of it, action needs to be taken. You can have the best mindset, but without action, nothing will happen. You can take all of the action, but without helping your mindset, nothing will improve. Both support each other, and are the two biggest game changers in improving your vegan eating for you.
What is nourishing and taking care of your mindset? Fueling your mind with positive, loving, supportive, and optimistic thoughts. Paying super close attention to how you talk to yourself.
Doing mirror work, talking to yourself with an abundance of love, and making sure that how you talk to yourself supports how you want to feel. Using affirmations that you actually believe, doing nervous system regulation (EFT: emotional freedom technique tapping, breathwork, somatic shaking, etc.).
How do you take action on the practical side? You focus on your eating by eating with mindfulness, intention, and purpose. You figure out which vegan foods you want to eat and make meals and snacks that are healthy and balanced for you. You determine the right amount of food in the right amount of frequency (how often) to eat that food by specifically customizing it for you.
So, focusing on three certain things are what improves your vegan eating + make healthy, balanced, and flexible vegan eating an effortless part of your life that’s sustainable for you.
The first thing is to know and accept that you need to customize your vegan eating for you.
The second thing is to focus on and work on the energetic part of it (your mindset).
The third thing is to focus on and work on the practical part of it (taking action).
These three things are equally as important, are all needed, and make up the trifecta of this together.
Thinking about your ideal version of you, and aligning your energy with her, will help you to become her.
Healthy, balanced, and flexible vegan eating can become an effortless part of your life and is inevitable when you practice consistency in figuring out what works best for you while customizing your vegan eating to best suit and serve you.
