You can let things go that aren’t serving you. I’m specifically talking about mindsets. Mindset is the foundation. Everything starts with it, so it’s important to sit with yourself.
Know yourself. What is your mindset about your lifestyle? What are thoughts you have that aren’t serving you? What are things in your life that you can control and change?
Know what you don’t want, and focus on what you do want.
Your mindset gives you clarity of what it is that you need to work on and what it is that you need to let go of. What is working for you? What isn’t working for you?
What you focus on, you attract more of. That’s why you’re better off focusing on what you do want, what you do want to do, who you do want to become, and where you do want to be.
What are habits that you have developed that aren’t serving you anymore? Replace those with habits that will serve the new you that you are blooming into. Things change over time just as people do. So, what you’ve wanted before, you may not want anymore. You’re so used to what you do and have adjusted. That’s okay. Become aware of that.
Changing your mindset to better serve you starts with being aware of your thoughts and habits. Acknowledge it, feel it, and process it all.
Give yourself the space, time, and care that you need. It’s a decision. You can decide to change your mindset, and create a new mindset for yourself.

Who are you, really?
It’s your life.
Here’s how you can let go of a mindset that is holding you back and not serving you to creating a new mindset that actually benefits you now:
• Face and acknowledge your current mindset that you want to let go of and not have anymore. Process it. Let it go.
• Know what you want to do, what you want to have, and how you want to feel.
• Look at your everyday habits and actions that you take. Determine what is helping you and what isn’t helping you.
• Individually list out steps and actions to take. If you don’t know what these are, try doing the opposite of what you were doing that doesn’t work for you anymore. Think about what the version of you who has what you want and is doing what you want is already doing, and do that. This will get you into developing new and helpful habits.
• It can take time, but it doesn’t have to take forever. Track and evaluate the different and new things you’re doing in place of what you were doing.
• What’s working now? Be honest with yourself. Don’t hold anything back. Continue to do things that are working for you, and improve in different ways if you see fit.
You are constantly growing and evolving.
The rest is customizable to you. You can plan things or not. You can add more things in or not. You can focus on different things or not. It’s all relative to you and what you want in your own life.
The two main important things of this are to know exactly what you want and to be aware of what it is that you’re doing. These two things give you the clarity that you need to get going.
